It was my gorgeous cousins bridal shower recently and the day was an absolute fairytale. I’ve never been a bridesmaid before so this was a whole new/exciting/stressful/fun experience for me (i’m a perfectionist so I was nervous the day wouldn’t turn out as planned-sorry bridesmaids for my many spreadsheets ahaha). We spent months planning, buying and creating and hoping we could pull off the day as perfect as we could have envisioned. We wanted to nail the “garden party” theme in all its pretty pink and white form.
Amongst all the delicious foods, the stunning cakes, the fun games and the endless champagne, it was important to us bridesmaids to gift the bride with a little something special. We wanted it to be semi traditional and it needed to be something stunning that she would remember us by. We stumbled across the new Dusk cake stand and cake knife serving set and knew Alicea would LOVE them.
They are swarovski crystal, have a touch of pink and tick all the traditional/ stunning/must have boxes. Instead of wrapping them up for her to open, we got the serving knife engraved with a cute little message on the back and set them up for her to see in action. A sweet gift like this Dusk set can then be used at her wedding and then years to come for all the entertaining they will do (yes Alicia, I expect you to throw lots of yummy parties!!!).
